Personally I'd punt that to 3.14.1; more of a 'nice to have'.
I concur, +2/2 for the first two. I'd also agree to defer the last one
to 3.14.1 - unfortunately, we've never had a .1 release of the
tweak-tool, afaik. Its always been last-minute fixup for the .0
release, and then nothing until next time. But maybe we can break this
pattern for 3.14, and do a .1
