To Do List

Hi all,

I was struggling to figure out what was outstanding after the BoF at
GUADEC, so I converted the notes into a task list on the wiki:

https://wiki.gnome.org/ReleasePlanning/ToDo

I know there's a risk of this going stale. It's only really of use if
there's going to be RT meetings where the list can be reviewed.

It should probably be merged into:

https://wiki.gnome.org/ReleasePlanning/Tasks

I'll take care of that, unless someone tells me otherwise.
