3 Hard code freeze break requests

Hey,

Lately a few bugs popped out that I think would be great to get a fix
for:

- https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=726807
This is a gnome-settings-daemon consistent crash on tablet/touchscreen
setups

- https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=726749
A possible crasher in popover accessibility, it has a few dups, and a
few more that still need to be located and marked as such.

- https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=726825
A GTK+ patch fixing possible invalid reads when closing some application
windows.

Sounds ok to push those?
