Unclear to me: Are we discussing delaying all 3.11.x and the 3.12.0
release by a week? Delaying 3.12.0 by one week could be very disruptive
for the planning of some distributions so that would be something to
bring up on the distributor-list first, IMO.
 
My suggestion was only about the 3.12 date - thats the one that is one week off the planned date for wayland 1.4.91. But it does make sense to push the remaining 3.11.x releases a week too, to not lengthen the freezes needlessly.
