background: thumbnails are tiny in 3.13.3

I'm pretty sure this one was already fixed by Debarshi.

HighContrast: calendar theming
HighContrast: all white in gtk3-widget-factory
HighContrast: flat button love
HighContrast: invisible pane splitter
HighContrast: expander hover state
HighContrast: inconsistent toggle button unreadable
HighContrast: neuter the statusbar frame
HighContrast: no padding in actionbars
HighContrast: vertical spin buttons look bad
HighContrast: suggested/destructive-action
HighContrast: broken hover for check/radio buttons
HighContrast: popover background missing

To explain these: I did a review of HighContrast at some point during
our big theme rework, and put all that I found on the 3.14 blocker
list for some reason. I think most (if not all) of these will be fixed
by Jakub's sass rewrite of HighContrast. I don't know how far along
that is, though.

popovers can't always track the widget

This has a new patch, should land very soon.

gtk-demo: entry completion doesn't work

We discussed a short-term fix for this in the GTK+ bof.
