Hard code freeze break request for gnome-settings-daemon

Hello release-team,

I'd like to request a hard code freeze break for the power plugin in
gnome-settings-daemon.
The bug is https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=708160, and it
affects automatic suspending when closing the lid with an external
monitor, in the default configuration.

The patch has been reviewed by Bastien and tested by me, and it should
be safe, because it just prevents suspension on lid close, so worst
that can happen the safety timer kicks in and we suspend 30 seconds
late.
