Yes, this icon isn't used on accerciser documentation and AFAIK, the
only information about HighContrast lives here
https://help.gnome.org/users/gnome-help/3.7/a11y-contrast.html.en
and does not mention anything about the high contrast icons.

BTW, I wasn't sure if this change would break the UI freeze, and
that's the reason I asked for it.
