move brasero from core to apps

Hi,

I think we should move Brasero from the core to the apps set. I don't think in
2012 we need a core app for CD burning. Many devices don't even come with
optical drives anymore. It also doesn't follow the naming rules for core
utilities. It is a perfectly good app but it doesn't seem core to me.
