I've tried those patches, and they make the on-screen keyboard usable
with the new message tray. I don't think shipping the shell in the
current state where toggling the osk switch is almost guaranteed to
leave you with a stuck grab and an unusable desktop is an option.
Therefore, I'm in favour of accepting these patches.
