brasero - Hard code freeze break request

I'd like to ask for a code freeze break in order to fix brasero build
and post-gstreamer-1.0 port issues.

Apart from these build issues there's a fair amount of deprecation
warnings but those are non fatal and could be dealt with in the future.
Media preview pane seems to be working as well as burning various
content.

Once the patches are in, I'd do the 3.5.92 release, also with your
permission.
