gnome-documents hard code freeze break request

Hi,

I would like to commit a fix for this gnome-documents bug [1]
gnome-documents, which fixes a crash with some locales which use
accented characters for their XDG folders. In that case, escaping the
URI will append unwanted printf format specifiers to the query string,
which break the expected string format.
Patch looks good and is attached to the bug report.
