Hard code freeze break request - gnome-contacts

I have two freeze break requests:

This makes any configured GOA account the default address book if no
default is previously configured. The default address book is not really
used much in evolution, but its very important for gnome-contacts and
folks (its where we create new contacts, and when linking information is
primarily stored).

We can't add new contacts on the google backend because that creates an
empty contact which is not allowed. We fix this by initialy setting a
name.
