GUI Freeze Break Request - Orca

Hi Release Team.

Funny thing happened on the way to the GtkGrid conversion in Orca. It turns out that Gtk+ had a swapped row-spacing/column-spacing bug. Benjamin fixed this in Gtk+ last week, but there were two grid instances where I failed to ensure things would turn out right post-fix. :-/

Therefore I am humbly requesting GUI Freeze Break approval on the grounds that Orca's dialog should be ugly due to my inability to design rather than my inability to attend to detail.  ;-)
