String freeze break request for folks

Hi all,

Could we have a freeze break for one string in folks please?

The string “Imported %u buddies from '%s'.” needs to be ngettext-ised,
and as a result the singular form, “Imported %u buddy from '%s'.”, needs
to be added.

The bug report has a patch.
