Nautilus hard code freeze break request

Hi,

I'd like to commit the patch I just posted here [1], which fixes a
long-time crasher in Nautilus when the "desktop_is_home_dir" GSetting is
toggled. The patch is quite straightforward (and the crasher is a corner
case anyway) so I think it's very safe to commit this.

Ok to push?
