gnome-utils hard code freeze break request

Hi,

I would like to commit these two small patches for gnome-utils to master
before 3.0.

- https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=645728 - Make Baobab about
dialog modal.

- https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=646057 - Adds missing
config.h includes, like we've seen for other modules.
