(Yet another) GNOME Shell freeze break request

Hey,

I'd like to request a freeze break for
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=645839 - until a recent
regression, notifications used to be clickable (and clicks dismissed the
notification and focused the associated application). The attached patch
restores this behavior.
