Code freeze break request for gnome-shell

Hi

I'd like to break code freeze to include a fix for tray icons handling,
that prevents them from being destroyed when clicking on them causes the
last window to be closed (as it happens for most of tray icons). This
bug is caused by a typo, but there was also a sort-of logic error
(explained in the updated comment).
