A new totem external dependency

Hi,

some folks here at Igalia mentioned that totem recently added a new 
dependency on Totem, Grilo [1].

If you want to know what it is Grilo check live.gnome [2].

It is an optional dependency, so you can compile Totem without Grilo, 
but AFAIK, Bastien plans is move a lot of the totem plugin functionality 
to Grilo, so totem without it would lack a lot of features.

So I guess that it would be a good moment to add Grilo as a external 
dependency and so on.

Not sure about the specific steps to do that and so on.
