Switching to .tar.xz

Propose:

After last GNOME 3.0 stable release (May 25th):
 - tar.bz2
 - tar.xz

After last GNOME 3.2 stable release (~Nov 16th):
 - tar.xz


Someone on desktop-devel-list suggested that 'core' modules (gtk+ and
maybe others) should be available in tar.bz2 as well. I don't care.
Might complicate things actually.

Opinions?

We can discuss in the meeting if people think it is needed.

I assume people followed the discussions on desktop-devel-list.
