The BCC is due to ftpadmin not being able to link 'rest' to any known
Git module. This seems to come from the Git module librest.

I've added the following to librest.doap:
<download-page rdf:resource="http://download.gnome.org/sources/rest/"; />

Those are parsed one a day.
