gtk+ version fix for Rygel

Hi,
   Turns out that gtk+ version checks in rygel were incomplete so
while the correct CFLAGS is used and correct library is linked
against, the vala vapi being used is still that of Gtk+-3.0
(regardless of the result of configure's checks). Commit 2cfa43e in
git master of rygel fixes that. Can I include that in today's stable
release for 2.32?
