Hard code freeze break request for Empathy

Hi,

The fix for bgo#629380 requires a code change in Empathy which I think
is sufficiently important to get in for 2.32, as otherwise duplicate
contacts are shown in Empathy (until it's next restarted) whenever a new
contact is added with an alias set.
