Epiphany UI freeze break request

Hi,

We'd like to commit the patch in
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=405505, which changes the
Epiphany tabs menu to identify each page with its favicon instead of
using radiobuttons for them. We lose the indicator of which one is the
active page, but I think that should be obvious enough and you gain a
vastly improvement in the ability to quickly identify a tab. The UI
impact is pretty minimal otherwise, since this is only visible if you
open the menu.
