Devhelp freeze break request

My turn :)

I just got notified of a bug in devhelp, where it would open
about:blank in Firefox, without any user action.  I can't reproduce
this locally but it has been reported independently in both Mandriva
and Fedora,

In our Bugzilla this is reported as
