Thinking a bit more about this, I would specifically mention the fact
that modules using svn externals need some decision from their
maintainers. See

Also, http://live.gnome.org/GitMigration should probably be updated to
remove the TODO that are fixed (and replace them with "Status:"). It's
done in some places, but not everywhere. A quick look at the page gives
the feeling that there are many TODO items, but the relevant ones are
already done if you look closer.
