Bug in gnome-themes 2.26.3 release

Hi Calum,

I just noticed that gnome-themes 2.26.3 fails to install when using a
newer Automake (1.11). This is reported in:

http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=584403

Matthias pushed a tiny patch to fix this issue in master and gnome-2-26 branch.

Could you please roll a new 2.26.3.1 tarball today (July 1)? I can do
it for you in case you don't have time to do so.
