GTK+ string change

Hey,

I have just removed two strings from GTK+:

You have the Caps Lock key on\nand an active input method
You have an active input method

(since it turns out that warning about active input methods is
not really workable in some locales...)
and changed the third one to be more neutral (at the request
of Wouter Bolsterlee):

You have the Caps Lock key on

is now

Caps Lock is on
