Deprecating libical fork

Guys,

GNOME SVN has a fork of libical that Evolution/EDS has been using for
years for many reasons, one of them being the upstream community was
inactive. But since the last year or so, the upstream community is very
active and we (the Evolution team) had multiple discussions on merging
the forks and start maintaining/using the upstream version. The upstream
community/maintainers are happy about it, and have already merged our
changes from the fork to their latest release. This would now enable us
to start using the upstream version.

http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=541209 is where we have
discussed the issues and patches towards using the upstream version.

http://downloads.sourceforge.net/freeassociation/libical-0.42.tar.gz is
the upstream libical that we would like to depend on for EDS. We would
like to have a external dependency on this and drop the fork that we
have been carrying around.

Thoughts?
