Another Empathy string freeze break

Hi GNOME translators,

I'm here to request another string freeze break for Empathy.
The bug here is [1], which is a regression from Empathy 2.26.
My branch here [2] fixes this by adding a specialized widget for Google
Talk, which requires adding these few strings in the GtkBuilder file:

"Example: user gmail com"
"What is your Google ID?"
"What is your Google password?"

So I'm requesting a string freeze break for this. Thanks!
