Request freeze break for at-spi

gnome-session no longer sets GTK_MODULES. Instead,
gnome-settings-daemon maintains
the gtk-modules xsetting now. The proposed patch adds a schema file to
at-spi that ensures
that the accessibility modules are added to the xsetting when
accessibility support is turned
on.
