String freeze break request for Tomboy

Hi folks,

Due to unforseen circumstances, I was unable to finish the port to 
Gtk.Print for Tomboy's printing add-in.  I want to revert to the old 
version of the add-in that existed in the previous stable release.  This 
will involve restoring two deleted files that need to be in POTFILES.in 
[1].  Those files have a lot of strings whose translations have been 
removed from many of our .po files, but it seems to me that it would be 
easy to restore the old translations [2].

If you allow me to break the freeze, I can take on the work of restoring 
the old translations if that will help the i18n team (shouldn't be a 
problem, the restored files won't have changed in any way).

If you do not allow me to break the freeze, I will have to either not 
ship the printing add-in or ship it without any support for styled text 
(this would really suck for office workers, etc, who seem to be the most 
frequent users of the printing add-in).

Sorry for the very late notice.  Unfortunately I didn't realize that 
this would break string freeze until just a moment ago.
