Gvfs changes today

Todays changes to the gvfs stack:

gvfs:

Include sys/uio.h if availble (required for OSX)

Check GOption parse errors in commandline tools

Allow setting permissions on sftp backend

Set display name on webdav shares so they don't show up with empty name

Fix deadlock in volume monitor corner case

Nautilus:

Only check for autorun stuff on local mounts

Allow setting permissions on remote shares

Make "delete all" in trash operation dialog actually delete all

Don't show broken icon for media types with no icon in the media prefs
tab

Fix crash for template menu when the file has no icon

Scale custom icons to proper icon size.
