it appears Tomboy 0.9.4 to 0.9.6 doesn't build with latest version of
gnome-sharp (which is available in GNOME 2.21.91) as explained in
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=512512 and requires an
additional patch (we have such a patch in Mandriva :
http://svn.mandriva.com/cgi-bin/viewvc.cgi/packages/cooker/tomboy/current/SOURCES/tomboy-0.9.5-new-gnome-sharp.patch?view=log )

I'll push 0.9.6 in GNOME 2.21.91 but this bug should have been fixed
for the previous release (2.21.90). Please, try to fix it for 2.21.92.
