[UI Freeze break request] New tangofied icon for time-admin for gnome-system-tools

Hi,

I'd like to ask permission for a ui freeze break for gnome-system-tools

The time-admin tool now uses the deprecated config-date icon which is
furthermore an icon in the old GNOME style so it does not follow the
tango styling of all the other icons. So it looks out of place on the
GNOME desktop

Patch is trivial and the bugreport is located here:
