The start is basically the same. The differences start with the week
before GUADEC.

IMO the announcement periods should happen after GUADEC (proposal 2 is
out)

I like the module inclusion at GUADEC. This leaves either proposal 1 or
3. Proposal 1 has a release right after GUADEC, seems not ideal with
people travelling back. Proposal 3 it is then (additional week after
GUADEC, delaying the 2.24.0 release with another week).

I still have to check with holidays, etc. Plus how it affects 2.26.
There was something about not having the module discussion during
Christmas period. I guess the 1 week delay solves it.

Would be nice to push GUADEC to be earlier next year... if that ever
happens.
