Pango release needed

Hi,

I have committed ChangeLog and configure changes for pango 1.22.4 release.
However, I have libtool 2.2 here and don't want to make a stable release with
it (it currently doesn't pass distcheck.  libtool's fault).

So, I need someone to checkout trunk (which is the same as PANGO_1_22_4) and
make a tarball with libtool 1.x and release that.
