modules without releases

After doing the 2.25.2 release, I had a quick look at what modules
haven't had releases.
Off all the modules that are unreleased since 2.24.0, there is a
handful that seemed to have recent svn activity:

GConf
gnome-media
gnome-netstatus
gnome-nettool
librsvg

So maybe we should nudge them for a 2.25.3 release when the time comes.

Just thought I'd record that list here...
