the tarballs that make up Gtk2-Perl 2.23.90 can be found at
/home/users/tsch/gtk2-perl/2.23.90 on master.gnome.org.
(We're trying to get on GNOME infrastructure again, so I hope this
special-casing will soon stop to be necessary.)
