I hate to approve break requests for a module I maintain, but here's a
second approval. Rationale: we don't have the old icon in 22x22 size, so
the new one is used anyway in the menu.

I asked if we could have the old icon in 22x22 size, but we won't have
it before 2.20.0. So it's better to at least always use the same icon in
the panel (instead of having a mix of the two...).
