OK. Even though there is this one new function, I'm going to continue
using the 2.6.x version numbers, if that's OK. The function will only be
used by language bindings, and it seems excessive to make people worry
about using what would look like a completely new version.

If GtkBuilder works out then there will be no more API additions to
libglade in future.
