Hi,

I reviewed Ebby's patch for GtkPrint Migration. I see that these four
APIs are needed for Evolution Mailer to start using GtkPrint with out
breaking the existing APIs. We plan to commit most of these patches to
Today's build. Please approve request.

PS: I requested Ebby to send out the freeze break request, though
GtkHTML is not a platform library, as it is recommended.
