Problem compiling gnome-keyring in full jhbuild

Hi Stefan,

I'm preparing GNOME 2.21.3 release and gnome-keyring can't be build out
of the box when libtasn1 is provided only by jhbuild : it seems
pkix/Makefile.am doesn't include the needed CFLAGS for libtasn1.h header
(when it is installed in jhbuild install prefix and not in the system).

Could you release a fixed gnome-keyring tarball today (or tomorrow
morning) so we include gnome-keyring 2.21.3 in GNOME 2.21.3 ? If not, we
will stick to 2.20.3 for this particular release.

Thanks in advance (sorry to bother you by email, but I wanted to be sure
this problem is not lost in bugzilla ;)
