delay on bug-buddy release for beta 2

Hi,

I'm having problems for releasing bug-buddy 2.19.91 on time.
distchecking it on a x86_64 box (like mine) is not possible currently
because the google-breakpad directory is unconfigured on this arch.

I'll try to fix it tomorrow properly always configuring the subdir bug
conditionally setting SUBDIRS/DIST_SUBDIRS on Makefile.am

However it's 4.10am here and should go to bed, so I expect to be able
to distcheck it tomorrow at the office and then later do the proper
fix for future releases.

So I'm asking for permission to release bug-buddy 2.19.91 tomorrow Tue
29th and to be still included on the release.
