I already updated it last weekend when I saw no one else doing it; the
wording is probably suboptimal, but it's up at
http://www.gnome.org/start/2.16/notes/en/rnfrontpage.html.  (Of
course, that's only the English translation, but that's the only one I
can change anyway...)
