Ummm,
   looking at the desktop suite for example, only accepted modules
are listed in the table... are you suggesting that we pre-accept
all modules in the "proposed suite" ?

I thought it was more appropriate to pre-accept an empty suite,
and follow the regular proceedures for accepting those modules.
