Not too many reasons to limit the number of the people on the team... It's
only at the size it is for completely random historical reasons. I imagine
the parameters for the size of the team are going to be efficiency of C&C
and whether people have things to do or not.

But you could always delegate release checking tools out to Mattias as
well... Or even just get him to muse upon the design on live.gnome.org and
get someone to implement it. ;-)
