Some updated documentation...

Hi guys,

I went through and clarified a lot of stuff on approving/rejecting freezes and added more details about the kind of information we want at http://developer.gnome.org/dotplan/tasks.html#ApprovingFreezeBreaks (as well as a link to Christian's detailed info on string freeze breaks).  I hope that will result in more thorough requests (instead of the "I need to request freeze break, here's the bug #.")--at least we can point people to that site now if we don't get more details.  ;-)

Also, I added an important reminders section at the end of http://live.gnome.org/ReleasePlanning/TwoPointEleven, which includes
  - a link to our guidelines on making a module release
  - a link to the fixed-up freeze-break-request section
  - a link to our guidelines on branching with a reminder that people need to let us know if they're using a branch other than HEAD for
    the release
  - clarification on when tarballs are due and when freezes begin
Most of this stuff probably won't help much for this release cycle, but I thought it would be helpful if it gets copied over whenever the TwoPointThirteen page is created (speaking of which, you're signed up for that Murray on the tasks page; does your blog about having less time mean you'll need any help with that?)

Cheers,
Elijah
