Maybe you should add that it's totally okay to not make a release if
there's no change (and that translations are changes and thus should
require a release).

Also, it might be worth asking if the deadline is not at a good time
(too soon, too late, night in some parts of the world, etc.). If some of
the developers think that we should change the deadline, we should
consider the option.
