Request for freeze break

Just re-iterating rodrigo's last request to disable a new feature in
Evolution 2.2.  This works around bugs
http://bugzilla.ximian.com/show_bug.cgi?id=71679 and
http://bugzilla.ximian.com/show_bug.cgi?id=73264.  

Currently the behaviour could potentially write erroneous data to disk
for certain cases of modifying recurring appointments.  Over the course
of the last 3 days we were unable to create a satisfactory low risk
solution to really solve the bugs.

I've checked and the documentation does not reflect this particular
feature and it was only for the local file backend.
